Main responsibilities

SMB Medical SA, part of the Marle Group and specialised in the manufacture of orthopaedic implants, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen our Back Office and Customer Service department and support our continued national and international growth.

  • Manage relationships and information flow with national and international customers
  • Receive, verify and enter customer orders into the company's information systems
  • Monitor order progress, confirmed delivery dates and related customer communications
  • Operate on customer web portals for data entry, updates, KPI verification and related activities
  • Support the RFQ process: NDA management, questionnaire completion, portal document download, offer registration verification and response follow-up
  • Update sales summaries, statistics and commercial documentation in line with functional management
  • Collaborate with production, quality, logistics and administration to ensure service consistent with company standards

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, commercial back office or client management
  • Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written; knowledge of French and German is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of information systems and the Office suite, in particular Excel
  • Interest in technical, production and documentary processes; experience in the medical or industrial sector is an advantage
  • Precision, analytical ability and ease in working with data, documents and deadlines
